Actually, I have thought about this, too. Because I realize my thoughts might have flaws with this area. (And honestly, I think it’s just one of those things that we won’t know until we’re dead, you know?)
But yeah. I suppose that God did make us these things, the bad with the good. But he also made us with the choice (free will) to turn away from all that. To repent and worship him.
